Radif Partners is an independent publisher. For Ingreso Mínimo Hoy it reads, in Spain's Official Gazette, Law 19/2021 on the minimum living income, Royal Decree 240/2026 on combining it with work, Royal Decree-law 3/2026 and Royal Decree 241/2026 on the 2026 uprating, the General Social Security Act and the 90th additional provision of Law 31/2022 (IPREM), and turns them into calculators that run only in your browser. It is not the Social Security or IMSERSO: it files no applications and gives no advice.
Why Ingreso Mínimo Hoy exists
The minimum living income law publishes no table in euros: it gives a share of the non-contributory pension, a scale of coefficients, two supplements, a wealth limit with two tests and a child supplement with its own thresholds. In 2026 the rise also came through a February decree after the December one lapsed, and different figures circulate for the same thing. We want you to know in a minute what you would be entitled to on your own figures, with the article next to each number.
Who publishes it
It is published by Radif Partners, a company that builds tools from public rules and data. It is not a government body, an agency or a law firm. The site has no link with the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration, the INSS, Imserso or the regions, and does not use their logos. It charges for nothing, has no affiliate links and recommends no professional.

What the site does not do
It does not file claims, award benefits, review files or give advice. The results apply the published rules; the decision on your case is made by the INSS, or by your region for the non-contributory pension.
